In the world of calamity and chaos
I stepped in the shadow of a crying child
I looked up
Strangled by the words that want to run free
I stood still
Looking at the bloodshed as our sisters pay the price for who they are in-love with
How many have to be slain before the Nation calls for divergence
Legislature permits but until we have changed the thinking of the children blooming in our wombs
We are not weary of the war
Today is a struggle
Yesterday was a struggle
Love should not be sized by what is in the pants
MotherAfrica
Hear the bloody cries of our sisters
Give us Solitude, peace and freedom
MotherAfrica
Teach us to love each other without judgement
Mother Africa we are a crying and bleeding nation in need of your comfort
