I see you in my dreams
I see you dancing in my granma’s yard
Happy, and life was a complete bliss
But wahamba without a goodbye I now miss everything about you
Your laugh, your heart that shared everything even the last piece of bread,
I look around and everything leads to you
The road we used to walk on
I now walk alone
The songs we used to sing
Ubani engizo sinanaye manje?
Why did I take that for granted?
Who do I now tell my secrets to?
I’m cold; no one is willing to share their jersey with me…
Couldn’t you have prepared me for this?
Couldn’t you have said goodbye
(You left me a gift that a simple thank you isn’t good enough)
A baby… that I’m too scared to love
I’m afraid I might lose him too.
Please tell me, that I’ll see you again I can’t bare the thought that you’ll never come back..
Ngiyacela, sizamina ngixolise inhliziyo yam
Sula ubuso bami, obunezinyembezi ubusuku nemini
Kanti awusa buyingani
Ngimile esitobini ngilinde wena
Woza nenhliziyo yakho emsulwa
Nothando lwakho olungafani nolunye
Thulisile thulisa mina manje
Uma ubuya ngingekho
Bheka ukhiye ngaphansi kwetshe
Uthathe ilahle eziko
Ubhale incwadi encane
Ngisathatha uhambo oluncane
Ngikuphathele inhliziyo yam
Ngimile ngemuva kwakho
ngiyani khumbula kakhulu
